Thierry Blandinières, 57, graduated from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Nantes and holds an Executive MBA from HEC. He began his career in the chemical and cosmetics sector, then joined the food industry in 1991 when he joined L'Européenne de Gastronomie (Labeyrie/Rougier), then the Madrange Group, where he was appointed Deputy Managing Director in 1998. In 2003, he became Chairman of Delpeyrat-Comtesse du Barry, a subsidiary of the Maïsadour Group, and contributed to its turnaround. In 2008, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Maïsadour Group and elected Entrepreneur of the Year. His personality, his values, his attachment to the agricultural world and the cooperative model, and his international experience led him to join InVivo in October 2013 as the Group's Chief Executive Officer. Upon his arrival, he initiated the "2025 by InVivo" strategic plan, defining InVivo's priorities and ambitions for the next 10 years. InVivo, France's leading agricultural cooperative group, has a turnover of €5.5 billion. The union brings together 206 cooperatives and 10,200 employees in 35 countries. Thierry Blandinières has been a Chevalier du Mérite Agricole since 2015. He also holds various directorships in economic institutions and is involved in the world of associations and sports.
